ISSUE or CRISIS MANAGEMENT
Clients frequently call-in Jenny and Brian to help them manage a specific
issue or crisis which they are about to face. The training process and the
exposure to simulated media pressure and criticism is often the catalyst
to
a much more positive approach to these crises.

The advice is not to spin something diabolical into something sugary sweet
and anodyne. The advice is to manage the process so that after the crisis
is over and has become yesterday's news, an organisation's standing among
those who matter is
higher than it was when it began.
